Large-Scale Additive Manufacturing of Dissimilar Materials (LSAMM)

•This project is based on utilizing standard automated GMAW techniques to develop a large scale additive metals manufacturing platform
•Two main parts to accomplish this:
•Development of innovative CAD-to-path software capable of slicing a part in any direction, including non-gravity aligned directions
•Development of a real-time control system capable of monitoring the build and correcting for deviations as they occur
